Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
Damaged Items in Transport

Measurement/Quantity: You are responsible for all measurement quantities. Wood Floor Specialist Fla reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of any product or of any purchase.
Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates. You should not schedule installation until you receive the product. Claims for shortages or damages must be made upon receipt. You should retain mill code information from each box.
Local Delivery: For safety reasons, your order is delivered to an accessible, outdoor location like a garage or carport. Carriers will unload a full pallet of flooring and accessories. A-pond delivery the Customer or Customer Responsible Representative, will disclose and acknowledge that they are satisfied with the materials at the stage of the delivery.
Installation: You are responsible for initial inspection as to grade, color, finish, defects and other quality issues. If dissatisfied, DO NOT INSTALL. Flooring must be fully acclimated to environmental conditions in installation area prior to installation. You are solely responsible for following installation instructions, checking moisture levels in product and subfloor, and ensuring that the product purchased is appropriate for its intended application and job site conditions prior to installing. A licensed, professional flooring installer is recommended.
